- Enquiry details: your name, phone number, email address, the job postcode, a description of the work and any photos you choose to send through our quote form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Customer records: if you become a customer, your address, quotes, invoices, payment records and job notes.
- Subcontractor and labour records: for operatives we work with, details needed for the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and site safety, such as CSCS card details.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records basic connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the website secure and working.

- Our accountant, HMRC and, where needed, insurers or professional advisers.
- Trades or suppliers working on your job, only with the details they need to do it.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not go ahead: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Customer, accounting and CIS records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to move it to another provider. Email info@skdesignconstructltd.com and we will reply within one month. Some records must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete them.
